Shipping Policy – OZ Knots

At OZ Knots, we are committed to delivering your rugs safely and promptly, with clear communication every step of the way. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders, delivery times, costs, and related processes.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM AEDT may be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or sale periods, processing times may extend up to 3-5 business days; customers will be notified of any delays.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Free Australia-wide delivery):
    Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days in metropolitan areas and 5-10 business days for regional or remote locations.

  • Express Shipping (Optional):
    Available for an additional fee at checkout. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days within metro areas.

  • Please allow for additional time during high demand seasons or unforeseen events (e.g., courier delays, natural disasters).


Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is free for all orders within Australia regardless of purchase amount.

  • Express shipping costs vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.

  • For international orders, shipping fees and customs duties may apply—these are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within Australia and select international destinations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain products may have restrictions. If your location or order cannot be shipped, we will notify you promptly.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on courier websites.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your items at delivery and report any damage or missing packages within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us at info@ozknots.com.au.

  • We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our return policy.


Change of Shipping Address

  • Please verify your shipping address before placing an order.

  • If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately.

  • Address changes are not guaranteed once the item has been dispatched.


International Shipping

  • International shipments are subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination customs clearance and courier service.
